Info Post

One of my readers was kind of enough to write in about this
fantastic furniture company out of Portugal called Boca Do Lobo.
I feel this company's furniture is unique and fantastic enough
to deserve my infamous 2 part posts. After checking out their
wares, my jaw totally dropped when I saw their fantatastical
credenzas that are like no other. All of their furniture are made
from real wood and hand crafted in Portugal. The above credenza
is part of their regular line.

Closer up details of the fabulous credenza
above. The detailing is amazing with the
interiors of the drawers every bit as beautiful
as the outside.

Boca Do Lobo also makes a limited line of furniture.
They only make about 20 of each of these unique designs.

More details on the individual drawers. The credenza is
actually encased in glass. What an unusual and great detail!

A closer up look at the glass and all of the details.
Each handle on every drawer is different.

I was totally blown away by this wild, plum colored
beauty. The shape is simply amazing as are the feet.

Here's how you open the credenza. You better have
some room in front of your credenza to open for this
piece. Simply amazing.

If you are looking for something more
traditional in terms of a sideboard, Boca
Do Lobo does not disappoint with their
beautiful choice of woods.

Wow!! To this modern small credenza. The credenza
is whimsical but extremely well made. The tree branch-
like patterns are actually 3-dimensional cut-outs. Aren't
the uneven shelves unexpected? They fit very well with
the piece as a whole.

The back is just as fun to look at as the front.

And now for one of my favorite finishes ~
black lacquer. Very posh small sideboard.

And we finish off with the black lacquered version of
their limited credenza edtion. I really really covet this piece.

Very very cool. I even like the photo of the milk splashing
above the credenza. Stay tuned for more fun pieces on Friday.

So what are your initial reactions to
Boca Do Lobo's Out of this world credenzas?
