I started self therapy and journaling towards the beginning of this month. Part of what I've been doing is choosing quotes and concepts every day - whatever strikes me (I just open the book and flip until I find one that I can connect with that day) to reflect and write about. Somehow, the act of getting my thoughts on paper helps center and clarify things for me more.
This page comes out of a book by Mike Dooley called "Choose Them Wisely." It's referring to thoughts because thoughts become things.
